Sharing and Account Transfer Help

1. NOW! and Driver Cards

• Friends-only NOW! posts appear after their delivery is released, until seven days after posting. Public daytime deliveries appear from 22:00 to 13:00 the next day; late-night deliveries appear from 07:00 to 22:00 the next day (Japan time).

• Viewing current photos generally requires a post of your own within the past 24 hours. The feed does not show the exact posting time or the card's home area.

• You can delete your NOW! posts. Your personal history keeps up to 400 recent posts; older posts and their photos are deleted when the limit is exceeded. Legacy posts are outside this count. Photos retained as report evidence are handled separately.

• These times describe feed visibility. They do not limit how long someone who knows a photo URL can retrieve it. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

• Your latest card remains available until account deletion. Copies saved on someone else's device may remain afterwards. Blocked users do not receive NOW!, trades or cards through teams. Blocking does not erase copies already saved on their devices.

• If you enable driving-status sharing, the display includes the start time and disappears three minutes after the last update. You can also stop sharing social accounts, travel history and contributions to the team's visited-prefecture map in the relevant settings.

2. Touring Rooms

• The host approves members, up to ten people. A room closes after 12 hours, or up to 24 hours if extended. Members receive join and leave notices.

• Location is shared during a drive. While stopped or paused, the last location may remain visible for up to 30 minutes. After a gap of six hours or more since the previous room drive or joining, your location stays hidden until you start sharing again.

• To stop sharing, use Hide Location, leave the room, end the drive or close the room. Ghost mode does not stop room location sharing.

• You can hide friends' names in room notifications. Using navigation to the room's destination sends your current location and destination to Google. See External Data Transfers (Japanese).

3. Account Transfer

Create a transfer code in settings and enter it on your new device to use the same account. The code expires after 24 hours and can be used once. Do not share it or include it in a support email.

Create the code before deleting the app. If you lose your device before creating a code, your account or records may be unrecoverable. The backup does not contain the photos themselves, and some older history may be omitted because of size limits.
